Avanti Restaurant Solutions is excited to welcome Chris Thompson as a Designer and the newest addition to the Design-Build team.
Thompson brings over 20 years of experience ranging from front-of-house to back-of-house operations. He earned his culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu before going on to be a Design Consultant in Reno, Nevada for 8 years, two of which he operated under his own company, Atlas Kitchen Concepts.
“Working with a tribe like Avanti will give me the support and structure to continue to further my capabilities as a designer,” said Thompson.
Thompson’s history of projects includes a variety of food service segments, ranging from small independent restaurants and franchises all the way to casinos and resorts. Included in those are the Atlantis Casino Resort and Spa, Boomtown Casino Hotel, Grand Sierra Resort, Rail City, and Gold Dust West. Thompson was also an integral partner in the renovation of Bowl Incline in Incline Village, Nevada, which consisted of a fast-casual food outlet and several bars.
